Waalwijk is strategically located in the middle of the country on one of the most important traffic arteries to the hinterland. Both via the A59 motorway and via the Hooipolder junction, there is a fast and good connection to the A58, A27, and A16 motorways. Because of its excellent location Waalwijk is a perfect base for all major cities, both nationally and internationally. From Waalwijk you can reach all major cities in the Netherlands within a one hour drive. Also Oberhausen in Germany and Antwerp in Belgium can be reached very easily from this location. Many (internationally) operating companies have already chosen to establish themselves in Waalwijk, including amongst others: Gefco, Kivits Drunen, Syncreon, Ingram Micro, Spar, Mandemakers, Van Haren and Bol.com. The Tilburg/Waalwijk region is rightly seen as the Sillicon Valley of e-commerce, partly due to major players such as Coolblue and Bol.com.

By car
Business park 'Zanddonk' is located near the exit from the provincial road N261 which provides a good connection to the A59 (Breda – Den Bosch) motorway. This motorway is connected to the A27 (Utrecht – Breda) and A2 motorway (Amsterdam – Maastricht).

By public transport
Various bus stops are located within walking distance from the property, with bus lines 136 to Den Bosch and 134 to Waalwijk.

Terminals
Tilburg has a rail terminal which has a connection to the port of Rotterdam, but also provides the flow of goods within Europe and to China. Together with Barge Terminal Tilburg (ships up to class 4), the rail terminal provides great flexibility and security for transporting goods.
