The 'Imagewharf' building is situated in the creative environment of Minervahaven, northwest of Amsterdam's city center. This area represents a blend of creative businesses and industrial/logistical enterprises. Imagewharf is an initiative developed by several creative companies and Steengoed, encompassing 17,500 sqm of construction volume. The buildings are divided into various multifunctional spaces for companies from the creative sector. Imagewharf consists of three major buildings: the Design Building, the Work Building, and the Studio Building. The buildings are partitioned into diverse multifunctional spaces in the form of workshops, studios, and offices. The large windows of 'Imagewharf' provide abundant natural light. The office floor located on the ground floor features approximately 1,627 sqm LFA office space. The office is distinguished by its core featuring a spacious kitchen. Throughout the floor, there are numerous (141) workstations strategically positioned in tranquil alcoves, enabling employees to retreat for concentrated work whilst maintaining connection to the office's dynamic atmosphere. For consultation and collaboration, the floor offers an extensive array of meeting rooms in various configurations, ranging from intimate conversation nooks to larger conference facilities. Additionally, dedicated concentration workstations have been established for tasks requiring heightened focus, ensuring that everyone can find the appropriate environment for their specific professional activities.
