The NewTonHouse office building, designed by Rietveld Architects from New York, is a redevelopment of one of the first buildings in the Rijnsweerd office park. High quality materials have been used for this redevelopment.

The entrances are spacious and are devided by voids and the floors are from natural stone. The impressive building consists three elongated building components, each with 6 to 8 floors per building section. There is also a parking garage located at -1 level.

Recently, the owner completely renovated the entrance which has given a splendid upgrade. The entrance is a spacious lounge area which includes a coffee corner, manned reception, "grab & go" restaurant and meeting rooms. In addition, the building features a company restaurant, a terrace and a bar.

The office building 'NewTonHouse' is located at the Newtonlaan 210 & 201-211 at office park Rijnsweerd. Rijnsweerd has a strategic location on the east side of Utrecht. 

The park is characterized by the proximity of various national roads (A27 / A28) on the one hand and the proximity of Utrecht center on the other. Other tenants in the building are: PWC, CMS and Utrecht University.
