The NDSM site is a vibrant and creative hub of the city, where entrepreneurs find an inspiring work environment that fosters development and growth. Originally, the four warehouses on NDSM Square served as storage and work facilities for the then-thriving timber industry in this district starting in the 1950s. In 2014, Group A completed the merger of these four warehouses into a functional office complex. Subsequently, in 2021, Beyond Space transformed the building into a state-of-the-art headquarters with an A+ energy rating, fully adapted to modern requirements. The monumental “Puntloodsen” offers approximately 1,225 sqm LFA office space. The industrial character of the warehouses remains visible through the characteristic open office floor plan and skylights in the roof. These skylights in the authentic gabled roofs, combined with the imposing windows, create a bright and pleasant workplace that meets the highest quality standards. The design combines a fresh, modern aesthetic with subtle nods to the industrial heritage. At the heart of the office is a distinctive shell-shaped brick wall that leads to several built-in focus pods and a cactus garden. In addition, the mezzanine level, with approximately 105 sqm LFA of office space, features an exclusive meeting room.
