Located on the Keizersgracht, one of the main canals of the Amsterdam canal belt. These properties are in the heart of the historic center of Amsterdam. The location is within the UNESCO World Heritage canal belt, surrounded by characteristic 17th-century canal houses. The area is known for its historic architecture with narrow, tall houses and typical Amsterdam facades. Nearby amenities: Various shops, restaurants, and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance of Leidseplein (to the south) and Dam Square (to the north). Near several museums such as the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. Good connections with public transport.
