Accessibility
By car
The Campus is located along the Dutch main motorway A2/N2 and easy accessible because of its own high way access. Eindhoven Airport is reachable within a 10 minute drive from the Campus.

Public transport
The Campus is within easy reach of the railway station (10 minutes) with the direct public transport bus connection line 407 which stops directly in front of building HTC 26. Eindhoven Railway Station is a major interchange for fast InterCity train services to Amsterdam (Schiphol Airport), Rotterdam and many destinations in neighboring Belgium & Germany.

Parking
Both employees and visitors can park their car at one of the 10 parking facilities on site. The parking garage P2 is situated directly next to the building HTC 26. For electric cars it is possible to make use of the charging points. In total there are more than 50 charging points on the Campus.

HTC 26
It is a state-of-the-art building (built in 2003) which provides facilities a Research & Development or technology company requires for their daily activities. The building is located at the north side on the Campus, where you have an excellent view of the serene Dommel river valley. The Strip and all its facilities are on a 5 minute walking distance.

Availability
Currently there is approx. 602 sqm of office space and 88 sqm of Electromagnetic Compatibility space (divided over 4 separate rooms of each 22 sqm) available on the second floor of HTC 26.

There is a possibility to expand this floor area if desired.

State of delivery
The delivery level of the office space is turn-key including furniture.

The turn-key delivery level of the second floor includes:

Bereikbaarheid
Eigen vervoer
De Campus is direct naast de snelweg A2/N2 gelegen en is makkelijk bereikbaar door haar eigen op en afrit aan de snelweg. Eindhoven Airport is op circa 10 minuten rijden van de Campus gelegen.

Openbaar vervoer
De Campus is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het Centraal Station van Eindhoven (10 minuten) middels de HOV lijn 407. Het treinstation van Eindhoven is een belangrijk knooppunt voor snelle Intercitytreindiensten naar Amsterdam (Schiphol), Rotterdam en vele bestemmingen in België en Duitsland.

Parkeren
Zowel werknemers als bezoekers kunnen hun auto parkeren op een van de 10 parkeerfaciliteiten op het terrein. De parkeergarage P6 bevindt zich op loopafstand van de landschapsvilla's. Voor elektrische auto's is het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de oplaadpunten. In totaal zijn er meer dan 50 oplaadpunten op de Campus.

HTC 26
HTC 26 is gebouwd in 2003 en kenmerkt zich als een hoogwaardig gebouw dat voorziet in de dagelijkse werkbehoeften van een technologiebedrijf. Het object is aan de noordkant van de Campus gelegen, waar men een prachtig uitzicht heeft op de rustieke Dommelvallei. The Strip en al haar faciliteiten bevinden zich op nog geen vijf minuten loopafstand.

Beschikbaarheid
Momenteel is er circa 602 m² kantoorruimte beschikbaar alsmede 88 m² elektromagnetische compatibiliteitsruimte, welke verdeeld is over vier afzonderlijke ruimtes van elk 22 m². Het beschikbare metrage is gelegen op de tweede verdieping van het gebouw.
