Accessibility

By car
The Campus is located along the Dutch main motorway A2/N2 and easy accessible because of its own high way access. Eindhoven Airport is reachable within a 10 minute drive from the Campus.


By public transport
The Campus is within easy reach of the railway station (10 minutes) with the direct public transport bus connection line 407. Eindhoven Railway Station is a major interchange for fast InterCity train services to Amsterdam (Schiphol Airport), Rotterdam and many destinations in neighboring Belgium & Germany.

Parking

Both employees and visitors can park their at one of the 10 parking facilities on site. The parking garage P3 East and P4 West are situated within walking distance of the Dommel Valley Buildings. For electric cars it is possible to make use of the charging points. In total there are more than 50 charging points on the Campus.

Dommel Valley Buildings

A Dommel Valley Building is a state-of-the-art building which provides all of the facilities you require for your daily activities as a technology company. The building comprises four floors, and it is possible to rent a whole, half or quarter floor, but also smaller units. The minimum amount of space available for rent is 25 m² up to 2,500m². The Dommel Valley Buildings are located at the north side on the Campus, with parking garages next to the buildings. On the north side of the buildings you have an excellent view of the serene Dommel river valley. The Strip and all its facilities are on a 5 minute walking distance.

The volumes are available from 25 sq. m. to 10,000 sq. m. and the specific requirements can vary from an office space to a clean room. It is possible to rent an office space at High Tech Campus Eindhoven as from € 90 per sq. m. excluding service costs.

Rental period:  

5 years and 5 option years.

Bereikbaarheid

Per auto
De Campus is direct naast de snelweg A2/N2 gelegen en is makkelijk bereikbaar door haar eigen op- en afrit aan de snelweg. Eindhoven Airport is op circa 10 minuten rijden van de Campus gelegen.


Per openbaar vervoer
De Campus is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het Centraal Station van Eindhoven (10 minuten) middels de HOV-lijn 407. Het treinstation van Eindhoven is een belangrijk knooppunt voor snelle Intercity-treindiensten naar Amsterdam (Schiphol), Rotterdam en vele bestemmingen in België en Duitsland.

Parkeren

Zowel werknemers als bezoekers kunnen hun auto parkeren op een van de 10 parkeerfaciliteiten op het terrein. De parkeergarage P3 Oost en P4 West bevinden zich op loopafstand van de Dommel Valley Buildings. Voor elektrische auto's is het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de oplaadpunten. In totaal zijn er meer dan 50 oplaadpunten op de Campus.

Dommel Valley Buildings

Een Dommel Valley Building is een hoogwaardig gebouw dat voorziet in uw dagelijkse werkbehoeften als technologiebedrijf. Het gebouw bestaat uit vier verdiepingen waar het mogelijk is een hele, halve of kwartverdieping te huren. Daarnaast bestaat er de mogelijkheid om kleinere eenheden te huren. De minimale ruimte is 25 m² oplopend tot 6.000 m².

Dommel Valley Buildings liggen aan de noordzijde van de Campus met parkeergarages direct aan het gebouw grenzend. Aan de noordzijde heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de rustieke Dommelvallei. The Strip en al haar faciliteiten liggen op nog geen vijf minuten loopafstand.

Deze bedrijvigheden bestaan uit start-up tot multinational. De volumes zijn beschikbaar van 25 m² tot 10.000+ m² en de specifieke eisen kunnen variëren van een kantoorruimte tot cleanroom. Het is al mogelijk om op High Tech Campus Eindhoven een kantoorruimte te huren vanaf €90,- per m² excl. servicekosten.

Huurperiode:
